Step 1:
Submit our Volunteer Application Form online. We review them and let you know if we can accept you to the program.

In need of funding? Complete our Scholarship and Volunteer application instead.

Step 2:
Download and sign the Participant Agreement. Email it to us at info@preeef.org as an attachment

Step 3: Download and print out the Physician’s Health Statement. Schedule an appointment with your primary health care provider to complete this form roughly 60 days before the expediition start date.

Step 4:
To hold your place in the team, send a $500 deposit. This will apply to your expedition fee. Checks will only be deposited if you are accepted. If the expedition is canceled, your deposit is refunded.

Upon acceptance, we will advise you on travel and visa arrangements.

• Full expedition fee

Upon acceptance of your application, download and complete our Physician’s Health Statement. Email the completed form to us as an attachment to info@preeef.org.

We can accept credit cards, debit cards and wire transfer via our pay portal. (Contact us for wire transfer details.) Or mail us a check made to out to Partnership for Russian, East European and Eurasian Folklore.
