Step 1:
Submit our Volunteer Application Form online. We review them and let you know if we can accept you to the program.

In need of funding? Fill our Volunteer & Scholarship Application Form instead.

Step 2:
Download and sign the Participant Agreement. Email it to us at info@preeef.org as an attachment.

Step 3:
To hold your place in the team, send a $500 deposit to the address below. This will apply to your expedition fee. Checks will only be deposited if you are accepted. If the expedition is canceled, your deposit is refunded.

Upon acceptance, we will advise you on travel and visa arrangements.

Ensure the following are submitted at least 60 days before the expedition start date.

• All application forms and waivers

• Your completed Physician’s Health Statement

• Full expedition fee

Upon acceptance of your application, download and complete our Physician’s Health Statement. Email the completed form to us as an attachment to info@preeef.org.

We accept Paypal, Zelle and paper checks. You are responsible for any fee charged by PayPal. Zelle is usually free, but check with your bank to be sure. Checks should be made out to Partnership for Russian, East European and Eurasian Folklore.
